Hey guys, me again! So after our first two days at Disney we decided to go for something a little different on day number three and we headed out for the water parks. Sadly Typhoon Lagoon was closed so we were only able to go to Blizzard Beach! It was pretty fun here, haven’t been to a water park in ages!! There weren’t too many rides there but we had enough to keep us occupied for a phew hours. We did a few racing slides (one of which I hated!!), took a leisurely float around the park, and chilled out in the wave pool. Abby also went on two solo rides that were a bit more intense but I wasn’t quite so brave (one was a 90 foot drop?!?). After we’d been on our ride we chilled out on the beach for a bit and hen headdd over to the Magical Kingdom so we could do some of the rides which we didn’t get a chance to do the day before.
Our next day at Disney was spent in Epcot. This was an interesting contrast to the other parks, it was a lot more informative and sciencey! We had a lot of fun spending the day walking around the different countries, seeing the Disney themed flower arrangements, making new friends (hi Anna, Elsa, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Alice!! 👋🏻👋🏻), and going on the more scientific rides. We managed to go on a space mission to mars, see the development of the world and design our own world, learn about energy in Ellen DeGeneres dream with Bill Nye the Science guy, and soar over the sighted of the world! All of these were really fun, and better than we expected.
After our day of discovery we headed over to Disney Springs to grab some dinner before going to see Cirque Du Soleil – La Nouba 🎪. This was absolutely brilliant, better (and creepier) than either of us expected! We spent a couple of hours laughing with the clowns, being amazed by the acrobatic and balancing acts, and being stunned by four little girls and their amazing juggleing act!! It was an absolutely amazing show which I would definitely recommend if you ever get the chance!!
We’re doing Universal at the moment so I’ll be back with an update on our time here soon!
Until next time,
